Fundamental provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the \"GDPR\") is KKL PARTNERS, advok\u00e1tn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159 s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the \"controller\").<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The data controller\u00b4s contact details are:<br>\u2013 adress: Vodi\u010dkova 710\/31, New Town, 110 00 Prague 1<br>\u2013 e-mail: laube@kklp.cz<br>- telephone:: +420\u00a0777\u00a0113\u00a0911<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Sources and categories of personal data processed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;The controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The legal basis for the processing of personal data is<br>\u2013 performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,<br>\u2013 compliance with the legal obligation of the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The purpose of processing personal data is<br>\u2013 processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, non-binding order, and obtaining information about the service, personal data necessary for the successful processing of the order (name, contact details) is required; the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to perform it;<br>\u2013 fulfilling legal obligations towards the state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Data retention period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The controller retains personal data<br>\u2013 for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to enforce claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 5 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the retention period for personal data has expired, the controller will delete the personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The recipients of personal data are:<br>\u2013 involved in the execution of payments and the provision and delivery of services under the contract,<br>\u2013 providing services for the operation of websites and web applications and other services related to the operation of the company for the creation of websites and applications<br>\u2013 providing marketing services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI. Personal data processors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data is processed by the controller, but personal data may also be processed for the controller by the following processors:<br>\u2013 possibly other providers of processing software services and applications, which, however, are not currently used by the controller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VII. Your rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have<br>\u2013 the right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR,<br>\u2013 the right to rectify personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or to restrict processing pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR,<br>\u2013 the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR,<br>\u2013 the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR,<br>\u2013 the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, and<br>\u2013 the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Article III of these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated, or to take legal action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VIII. Conditions for securing personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage facilities and personal data storage facilities in paper form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The administrator declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IX. Final provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By submitting your order via the online form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept the terms and conditions of personal data protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to these terms and conditions by checking the consent box on the online form. By checking the consent box, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The controller is entitled to change these terms and conditions.
